The moon enters Aries at 7:54 a.m., and moon void of course ends In the morning, the moon enters Aries, ending the void of course that began late last night. For the next two days, our emotions and behaviors are more aligned with the energy of the Ram, which means we can be very focused when it comes to getting what we want, but not the most strategic or considerate about how we get it. Impulsiveness and risk-tasking are signatures at this time, so be sure to create space for mindfulness when pursuing your passions. Mercury retrograde is conjunct Jupiter at 1:40 p.m.Venus is sextile Juno at 1:40 p.m.In the afternoon, Mercury retrograde aligns with Jupiter in Aquarius, filling our heads with expansive ideas. Although we are ideologically predisposed to specific theories and concepts at this time, we are broad-minded enough to understand we may not have all the answers, and we would benefit from considering foreign points of view. We tend to believe that others have our best interests at heart, and so we can be a bit gullible now, but nevertheless this is an ideal influence for socializing and having fun. Keeping a sense of humor makes for playful scrutiny and jabs instead of hurt feelings, as for once our similarities in thinking are magnified more than our differences.
In conjunction with this transit, Venus in Aquarius sextiles Juno in Sagittarius, a lovely influence that makes us fair-minded and freedom loving. Venus in Aquarius prizes companions for their quirks, their nonconformity, and their otherness. Juno wishes for us to commit to this idea of independence and use it as a compass point to navigate our relationships. What is it to love, if not to appreciate someone just as they are, without willing them to be someone they are not? This transit serves as a reminder of this sentiment.
The moon is conjunct Chiron at 8:36 p.m.After darkness falls, the moon aligns with Chiron in Aries, stimulating vulnerability and the pain of the inner child. Perhaps at this moment you are reminded of a past incident where you tried something and failed, and the idea of trying again is intimidating. Was this something you didn’t master on your first attempt? Perhaps you needed more life experience under your belt, and you might help your inner child out by reframing past disappointments as matters of trial and error, not of personal inadequacy. The surest way to break the chains of your own inhibitions is to take a chance and go for it again! All the aspects mentioned are calculated in Standard Pacific Time, for greater accuracy please adjust to your own location.
